摘　　要：为了更充分地发挥气动摇架的使用效果,更好地为提高成纱质量服务,本文从实用角度提出气动摇架使用中容易出现的两个问题,即相邻摇架释压时易互相影响以及安装时三线平行度难以保证,并针对这两个问题提出解决方案。说明正确安装气囊,加强手柄强度,保证支架和摇架内腔的间隙配合以及选择适当的下支承圆形压销、上销弹簧、上胶圈等部件,并保证其加工精度是气动摇架使用和改进时应注意的事项。For the best application effect of pneumatic weighting cradles tor better spinning quality,the two common problems involving with application of pneumatic weighting cradles are exposed in view of practicality, viz, mutual impact of the adjoint pneumatic weighting cradles when pressure released and the difficult control of parallelism of the three lines when installed, as well as the counter-measures thereof. The precaution of application and modification of pneumatic weighting cradles should include proper installation of air cells, reinforced handles, proper clearance of the support and cavity of cradles as well as proper selection of round pressure pins of the bottom support, the springs of the top apron cradle and the upper apron and such given the precision of machining.
