摘 要:国电太原第一热电厂13号机组运行中频繁发生振动大幅波动现象,通过对振动试验数据以及机组升速过程振动记录等的全面分析,确定机组振动为摩擦振动,振动为中压转子弯曲、高压侧联轴器瓢偏过大以及轴系标高偏差过大引起动静碰磨所致。经调整运行参数和消除联轴器对轮瓢偏,振动有所改善。A large margin fluctuation phenomenon of vibration has frequently occurred in operation of unit no. 3 at Guodian Taiyuan Thermal Power Plant. Through all - round analysis of vibration test data, as well as vibration record in the speed up process, etc. , it is determined that the vibration trouble of said unit to be rubbing vibration which was caused by bending of the IP rotor, and dipper - shaped deformation of the coupling at HP side was overlarge, as well as the deviation of shaft elevation was over-big. Through adjustment of operation parameters and elimination of the dipper - shaped deformation for disc - pair of the coupling, said vibration has been improved to some extent.
