摘　　要：阐述了直接合成法制造低游离TD I多异氰酸酯预聚物的配方设计中配方参数平衡的原理。提供了通过大量的试验归纳得出的各组低游离TD I预聚物的可取的实用配方参数范围。从配方参数的角度讨论了直接合成法的优缺点及应用前景。This article has described the principle for balance of parameters in formulation of direct proparation of low Free- TDI polyisoeyanate prepolymen and provided practical porameters range. Also discussed in this paper the advantages and disad vantages of the direct preparation process.
