经济与生态环境系统协调的超边际分析

摘　　要：从新兴古典经济学角度出发,运用超边际分析理论,分别建立了经济系统、生态环境系统最优决策模型;从两模型最优解中推导出经济效益与其外生交易费用正向相关、环境效益与其外生交易费用正向相关的数理关系;最后得到结论:增加外生交易费用是提高经济系统和环境系统效益,进而达到两大系统的双赢与可持续发展的有效途径。In this paper, we began with neoclassical economics and created two models which expressed the optmizing decision of economic system and eco-environment system. From optimized solutions of two models,we deduced that economic returns and its external transaction cost,and eco-environment returns and its external transaction cost,had positive correlation ship.The result of this paper shows that increase of the external transaction cost will be benefit for the returns of economic system and ecoenvironment system, and will bring out two systems all being at their best situation and sustainable development.
