摘 要:给小鼠灌喂不同剂量喹乙醇,按毒理学方法检测小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率,并在饲养30d后测定血液中红细胞、白细胞、网织红细胞数。结果表明,当剂量超过120 mg.kg-1.d-1时,骨髓微核率显著或极显著升高,网织红细胞数显著或极显著降低;剂量为1 200 mg.kg-1.d-1时,红细胞数较阴性组和正常组显著降低;各试验组白细胞数虽稍有降低但差异不显著。说明大剂量喹乙醇不但具有遗传毒性,而且可能会抑制小鼠骨髓的造血机能,导致其贫血。Bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte micronucleus rates of jimpy mice fed with different dosage olaquindox was detected by the way of toxicology, and the number of red blood cells, white blood cells and granulofdoeyte was mensurated after 30 days. The results showed that when the dosage exceeded 120mg·kg^-1·d^-1, the bone marrow micronucleus rates stepped up with significant or extremely significant extent, and the number of granulofiloeyte stepped down with significant or extremely significant extent. When the dosage was 1 200mg·kg^-1·d^-1, the number of red blood cells stepped down compared with negative group and normal group. The number of white blood cells stepped down in all groups, but the difference was not significant. From this experiment, the conclusion was obtained that olaquindox with large dose not only caused inherent toxicity, but also inhibited haematogenesis of jimpy mice bone marrow, and lead to anemia.
