摘  要:在线型全密度聚乙烯装置上开发和生产了高强度棚膜专用树脂DFDA-9085,并对工业化产品进行了性能测试和结构表征。DFDA-9085在冷凝态操作模式下实现稳定生产以及熔体流动速率、密度等指标的精确控制,工业化产品的重均分子量为1.54×105,各项性能指标达到进口专用树脂水平。加工的薄膜制品力学性能和耐老化性能良好,尤其是纵、横向直角撕裂强度达到118.1,123.5 kN/m。A kind of linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) speciality resin for high strength greenhouse film was developed and produced with gas phase fluid-bed polyethylene process in a LLDPE plant. The property tests and structural characterization of the speciality resin, denoted as grade DFDA-9085, was performed. The stable production and the precise control of melt flow rate and density of DFDA-9085 were realized in the mode of condensation operation. The relative molecular mass of the speciality resin produced commercially was 1.54x105 and the performance indexes could stand comparison with the level of its imported counterparts. The films made of DFDA-9085 exhibited good ageing resistance and mechanical properties, especially the transversal and longitudinal angle tear strength attained 118.1 kN/m and 123.5 kN/m, respectively.
