摘 要:应用基于Rayleigh-Plesset方程的混合流体模型对一个涡轮泵诱导轮中的空化流动进行了模拟。计算获得了叶片和横截面上的静压分布,并得到诱导轮扬程性能;分别对不同流量和径向叶顶间隙下的蒸气相体积份额进行了比较;同时分析了诱导轮中空化区发展的规律和气相空间分布的特征。计算结果与相关实验和数值研究成果基本一致。A mixture model based on Rayleigh-Plesset equation was applied to simulate cavitating flows in a turbopump inducer. The distribution of static pressure on the blade surfaces and a cross-section plane was correctly predicted. And the inducer's head performance was obtained. Vapor volume fractions under different mass flow rates and different radial tip clearances were compared respectively. Characteristics of the cavitation development and vapor spatial distribution within the inducer were also revealed and analyzed. Most of these results were in good agreement with relevant experimental and numerical investigations of dif- ferent countries'researchers.
