摘  要:钛及其钛合金是非常活泼的金属,由于在其上容易形成一种自然的氧化膜,很难获得结合力良好的镀层。在铸造钛上镀镍的关键是如何保证镍镀层与基体的结合力,这样对铸造钛材的前处理研究就显得非常重要。为此研究了铸造钛合金镀前的浸蚀和活化工艺,研究了浸蚀液和活化液的组成及其对镀层结合力的影响,确定了最佳的工艺。Titanium and its alloys are very active metals, and it is very difficult to get coatings with good adhesion on their surface because they are rapidly attacked by oxygen to form an adherent oxidizing layer. Once the oxidizing coating is removed, re-oxidation will occur immediately when titanium surface is rinsed by water or exposed to air. The pretreatment has been a research hotspot. It is very important to pretreat the casting titanium. To get over this problem, the etching and activating processes for plating casting titanium alloys are investigated. The compositions of the etching and activating solutions as well as their impact on the adhesion of the coating are also studied. Finally the optimal process is determined.
