摘 要:利用密闭培养系统,在20℃条件下研究了小叶章典型草甸和沼泽化草甸土壤有机硫的矿化,结果表明:连续培养14周后,小叶章典型草甸和小叶章沼泽化草甸土壤有机硫的矿化量分别为9.61 mg/kg和6.73 mg/kg,其中48.70%和51.41%来自前两周的矿化;各形态有机硫均有不同程度的矿化,其中以酯键硫的矿化量最大,碳键硫次之,未知态硫最小。土壤有机硫矿化量与培养时间之间符合曲线关系,用一级动力学方程计算土壤有机硫矿化势表明,小叶章典型草甸和小叶章沼泽化草甸土壤有机硫潜在矿化势分别为9.68 mg/kg和7.25 mg/kg。小叶章典型草甸土壤有机硫的矿化速率和潜力均高于小叶章沼泽化草甸。图1,表4,参12。Using closed incubation system, mineralization of organic sulfur of the soil in the typical meadow Deyeuxia angusfifolia and marsh meadow Deyeuxia angustifolia in Sanjiang Plain were studied at 20℃ ,the result showed that the amount of sulfur mineralization in the typical meadow Deyeuxia angustifolia and marsh meadow Deyeuxia angustifolia were 9.61 mg/kg and 6.73 mg/kg during 14- week incubation, respectively, and 48.70% and 51.41% of which were resulted from the sulfur mineralization during the first 2- week incubation. Different fractions of organicsulfur were all mineralized at a certain extent and the mineralization of the ester sulfate was the largest during the incubation period. The potertially mineralizable S pool (SO) calculated by the exponential equation were 9.68 and 7.25 mg/kg respectively. The S mineralization rate and potentials of soil in the typical meadow Deyeuxia angustifolia were greater than those of sail in marsh meadow Deyeuxia angustifolia.
