摘　　要：通过对全国和中部地区主要水稻主产区农民收入和水稻生产历史数据的实证分析,宏观上证实了中国水稻生产安全问题与提高农民收入问题的严重性和“不相容”性。认证了在现有的条件下通过提高粮食总产量对农民增收的影响非常小。微观上,通过调查,发现了兰坡村粮食安全和农民收入“不相容”问题的普遍性。表3,参15。The uncompatible problem of ＂food safety and farmer income＂ of central China was confirmed by The Empirical Analyses on the data of the paddy and the farmer of main region of paddy production. The role of the farmer income increasing by raising rice production is very weak. The uncompatible problem of ＂food safety and farmer income＂ of Lan Po-cun exists with popular.
