摘　　要：目的探讨街头性服务嫖客规模估计的有效方法。方法通过街头暗娼志愿者识别，在街头暗娼站桩点主动接近调查对象，运用间接除数法估计街头性服务嫖客规模。结果该市中心城区街头暗娼集中于8个站桩点，最近1年与街头暗娼发生性交易的嫖客数为3724-4337人，占当地成年男性1．69％～1．96％，性交易频率为16次／年。结论运用间接除数法能简便、快速的估计光顾街头暗娼的嫖客规模。Objective To explore effective methods for estimating the size of male clients of street - based female sex workers （FSW）. Methods Contacting subjects directly on the working sites of street - based FSW or with the help of street - based FSW volunteers who identified male clients at first, and applied indirect division methods to estimate the size of male clients of street- based FSW. Results There were 8 sites where street - based FSW frequently assembled together in the downtown district of the city, the size of male clients who made sex trade with street - based FSW in latest one year was 3 724-4 337, which was 1.69% -1.96% of the local grown male population, and the sex trade frequency of these male clients was 16.0 times per year. Conclusion Applying indirect division methods could estimate the size of male clients who made sex trade with street - based FSW simply and quickly.
