摘　　要：结合鞍钢200万吨氧化球团厂链篦机-回转窑生产线的工艺特点及技术要求,提出了由设备控制级、过程监控级和生产管理级三层结构组成的球团生产过程综合自动化系统。详细介绍了基于西门子Profibus-DP现场总线和工业以太网技术的集散控制系统(DCS)的硬件组态、网络配置和控制功能,实现了球团生产的集中管理和分散控制。该控制系统在鞍钢集团球团厂的成功应用表明,系统在降低成本、减少维护及简化管理的同时,极大提高了球团生产的连续性、稳定性和实时性,取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益。To the technology characteristic of grate-kiln production line of 200 Mt/a oxidized pellet plant of Anshan iron and steel group corporation, the integrated automation system for pelletizing productive process is proposed, which is composed of device control system, process control system and process management system. Based on SIEMENS Profibus-DP field bus and industrial Ethemet technology, the hardware configuration, network topology and control functions of distributed control system are introduced in detail. The application of the integrated automation system improves the stability, reliability and real-time quality of the pelletizing product line and achieves great economic and social benefit.
