摘　　要：以某玻璃厂熔窑控制系统为例,讨论无模型控制方法在工业现场应用的某些问题。无模型控制系统可以和DCS联合使用,来加强DCS的控制功能,也可以作为一个独立控制系统来使用。实践证明,利用建模与控制一体化和功能组合思想设计的无模型控制方法,对难控回路的控制效果,明显优于传统的PID控制器。Some problem in practical application is discussed by the background of the control system of molten kiln in Shenyang Yaohua Glasswork. Model free control method has been successfully applied in oil refining, chemical industry, paper making, glass industry, electric power, etc., and still incessant to exploit industry one by one. The model free control method which deaigned by the idea of integrated approach to modeling and control and function combination is more preceded than PID controller. The model free control system can be applied with DCS, in order to increase the controlling function of DCS also it can be applied singly as a control system.
