摘 要:介绍了煤的高效选择性聚团法脱灰机理,并通过改变脱灰过程中的煤种、用油量、粒度、搅拌时间,进行了选择性聚团法脱灰实验。结果表明:变质程度较高的煤种更有利于团聚,随着油用量、原煤解离程度及搅拌时间的增加,以及团聚物的粒度增加,精煤的灰分降低。灰分为17.32%的原煤经过选择性团聚法脱灰后,精煤灰分可降低至3.03%。In this paper, the principle of selective agglomeration was introduced. By changing the kind of raw coal, oil amount, particle size of the coal and stirring time, several experimental methods for removal of ash with selective oil agglomeration were performed. The experimental results showed that the higher-degree metamorphosed coal is easier to agglomerate, and the more oil amount, the longer stirring time and the smaller particle size of coal, the bigger particle size of coal flocculate is achieved and the ultra-clean coal containing lower ash content is produced. So ofter selective oil agglomeration, the raw coal containing 17.32% ash can be turned into clean coal with 3.03% ash.
