摘 要:针对物料清单深度遍历法和层次遍历法在物料清单合法性检查中的不足,提出了一种新的物料清单合法性检查方法,包括嵌套检查和完整性检查。该方法不受内存堆栈的限制,结合数据库存储过程操作,具有较高的执行效率,所开发的物料清单模块已成功应用于某制造型企业的企业资源规划系统中。To deal with shortcomings of Bill of Material (BOM) validity inspection using depth-first traversal and breadth-first traversal algorithms, a new BOM validity inspection method including deadlock inspection and integrity inspection was proposed. The deadlock inspection of BOM was carried out through the comparisons of several key parameters between the current materials and the result table during every step of traversal. The integrity inspection was conducted based on the analysis of the material type. In addition, the procedures of BOM traversal and validity inspection were compiled as stored procedure. Combined with the use of stored procedure, the method could deal with complex BOM tree structure without the limitation of CPU memory. The proposed BOM module in an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system was successfully applied in a manufacturing enterprise.
