产自盐碱地的绒毛白蜡种子抗盐萌发特性研究

摘　　要：将盐碱地和非盐碱地上采集的绒毛白蜡种子在不同盐胁迫下做发芽试验,测定两类种子的发芽指标和幼苗的生理生化指标,比较它们在不同盐胁迫下的发芽情况、幼苗保护性酶活性、可溶性蛋白和丙二醛含量的差异。结果表明:非盐碱地上采集的绒毛白蜡种子的各项发芽指标均显著好于盐碱地上采集的绒毛白蜡种子;而盐碱地上采集的绒毛白蜡种子形成的幼苗的保护酶活性和MDA、可溶性蛋白含量则高于非盐碱地上采集的种子形成的幼苗。The germinating tests were performed on Fraxinus velutina seeds from saline land and none - saline land under different NaCl stress. The germination indexes and the biochemical indexes of the seedlings were measured for studying the differences of ge .rmination abilities and protective enzymes between two kinds of the seeds under NaCl stress. The results showed that the germination abilities of the seeds from none - saline land are much better than that of the seeds from saline land ; But the activities of protective enzymes and the contents of MDA and soluble protein of the seeds from saline land are higher than that of the seeds from none - saline land.
