摘 要:为了探讨低粘聚阴离子纤维素(LV-PAC)接枝磺酸盐共聚物的耐温性能,以Ce4+为引发剂,研究了LV-PAC水溶液与2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙烷磺酸(简称AMPS)接枝共聚反应的最适宜反应条件。以红外光谱对共聚物进行了表征,用DSC测定了共聚物的热稳定性。结果表明:在45℃下,当反应时间为3h,引发剂Ce4+(2.8×10-3mol.L-1)的用量为2mL,接枝单体AMPS(1.8mol.L-1)的用量为9mL时,LV-PAC接枝AMPS共聚反应的接枝效率为94.7%,接枝率为30.5%。DSC分析表明接枝后所得共聚物的热分解温度达到了389℃,比LV-PAC提高了48℃,说明通过接枝磺酸盐的方法可以有效地提高LV-PAC的耐热稳定性。In order to test heat - resistance of the graft copolymerization of sulphonate onto LV - PAC , the opti- mal reaction conditions of the graft copolymerization of AMPS onto LV - PAC were studied by using Ce4 ^+ as initiator. The graft copolymer was characterized by means of IR spectrum, the thermal stability of the graft copolymer was measured by DSC. The results indicated that the graft yield is 30.5% and the grafting efficiency is 94.7%, under the conditions of the reaction temperature is 45%, the reaction time 3h, the amount of monomer AMPS ( 1.8 mol.L^-1 ) 9 mL and the amount of initiator Ce^4+ (2.8×10^-3mol.L^-1) 2 mL. The graft copolymer' s thermolysis tempreture reached 389℃ by DSC analysis, it improves 48℃ compared with the LV - PAC. It was illustrated that the heat - resistance of LV - PAC could be effectively improved by grafting sulphonate.
