摘 要:目的研究板蓝根不同提取部位的抗流感病毒作用,筛选出板蓝根抗病毒的活性部位。方法采用鸡胚体外培养法对板蓝根不同提取部位进行抗流感病毒的效能测定。结果板蓝根总水提液(I)、氯仿萃取部位(III)具有同途径和异途径预防作用,正丁醇萃取部位(V)具有异途径预防作用,冷冻干燥水提液(VII)具有同途径预防作用,这四个部位均具有抗流感病毒的活性。结论板蓝根氯仿萃取部位、正丁醇萃取部位为板蓝根抗病毒的活性部位。Objective To study the anti - influenza effect of Radix Isatidis, and to select antiviral active fractions of Radix Isatidis. Methods With the method of chick embryo cultivation in vitro, the anti - influenza effect of different extracted fractions from Radix Isatidis was measured. Results The total water extract (Ⅰ) and the chloroform extract ( Ⅲ ) had preventive effect on influenza by the same way or different way, the extracted fraction of n - butyl alcohol (Ⅴ) had preventive effect by the same way, and the frost - dry water extract (Ⅶ) had preventive effect by the different way. All of the above four fractions had the antiviral activity. Conlusion The antiviral active fractions of Radix Isatidis are the fractions extracted by CHCL3 (Ⅲ) and n - BuOH (Ⅴ).
