摘　　要：目的:探讨驴胶补血冲剂的补血机制。方法:用放血和环磷酰胺并用所致气血双虚大鼠为实验对象。结果:驴胶补血冲剂能显著增加胸腺皮质厚度、皮质细胞个数,显著增加脾小叶淋巴细胞数。结论:驴胶补血冲剂可拮抗模型大鼠的胸腺和脾脏的萎缩,拮抗环磷酰胺所致大鼠免疫功能下降。Objective ： To investigate the mechanism of the effect of Lvjao Buxue corpuscle in nourishing blood. Methods ： Totally 60 Wistar rat models with deficiencies of both qi and blood were induced by releasing blood and injecting with cyclophosphamide. Results ： Lvjao buxue corpuscle could markedly increase the depth of thymic cortex, the number of cortex cells, and the number of spleen lobule lymphocytes of rat models with deficiencies of both qi and blood. Conclusion ： Lvjaobuxue corpuscle can nourish the blood on the blood - deficient rats, can resist the atrophy of thymus and spleen of rat models, and also resist the weakening of the immune function induced by cyclophosphamide in rats.
