宫环出血中西医结合实验研究进展

摘　　要：从基础实验研究指标这个新的角度入手综述了中西医结合治疗宫内置节育器引起异常出血的研究近况。研究指标包括组织形态、血液流变、分子基础、血清免疫学、出血凝血机制、生化介质、微量元素、血管内皮相关因子以及镇痛等。从而对宫环出血的研究有进一步的认识。From the aspects of fundamental experimental studies, the paper summarized the progress in treatment of abnormal bleeding caused by contraceptive device in womb with combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine. The studying targets involved in tissue shape, haemorheology, molecular basis, sero - immunity, bleeding and clotting mechanism, biochemical mediator, microclement, correlation factor of BVE. There is a deeper cognition of intrauterine device bleeding in this study.
