提高涤纶POY内在质量的研究

摘　　要：研究了干燥条件、纺丝温度、侧吹风的调节及纺丝上油率等对ＰＯＹ内在质量的影响．结果表明，在保证一定断裂伸长的前提下，适当提高断裂强度及降低条干不匀率是提高ＰＯＹ内在质量的关键．The factors which influence the internal quality of polyester POY including drying technology, spinning temperature, controling of the lateral blow, and OPU% were studied. Theresult showet that reasonable improvement of break strength (on the premise of keeping acertain break elongation) and decreasing U% are very effective for increasing the internalquality of polyester POY.
