抗铜剂对HDPE绝缘料流变性能的影响

摘　　要：按设定的相同实验条件、用HAAKE流变仪测定抗铜剂含量不同的高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)绝缘料的流变行为、对比各试样的熔融时间、熔融温度、扭矩、单位质量的能耗等流变性能参数。实验结果表明:抗铜剂可改善HDPE绝缘料的流变行为,提高挤出涂覆性能。On the same testing condition, Theological properties of HDPE insulating materials with various contents of copper ion inhibitor were measured by HAAKE. The data of fusion time, fusion temperature, torque and energy consumption per gram mass were compared and analyzed. The results show that the copper ion inhibitor can improve both rheological properties and extrusion coating properties of HDPE insulating materials.
