浅析马叙伦的“六书”研究

摘　　要：马叙伦从“《说文》学”和“六书”说出发考察中国文字,“六书二系”说是他的理论核心;他通过实践分析认为俗字不合“六书”,“六书”理论适用于金石刻辞文字;并吸收新材料新方法研究“六书”,阐释许慎的文字学思想。马氏的文字学思想固守传统,相对保守,但保守之中也表现出进步性,如“三书说”和语源学的思想对今天仍有参考价值。Ma Xu-lun studied the Chinese writing from ＂Shuowen＂ and ＂ Six Scripts＂ He produced his main theory about ＂Six Scripts but Two parts＂. ＂Six Scripts＂ is unsuited to popular form of characters, but it can be applied to seal character and inscriptions on ancient bronzes and stone tablets. By means of his solid foundation, he gave explanation to Xu-shen＇s ideas about philology with new methods. To his political thought, his research about ＂Six Scripts＂ is relatively conservative. But in the research process he also had the progressive ideas of ＂Three Scripts＂ and etymology. There is reference value on his ideas. In several dozen years after Ma＇ s works was issued, there was no system research on his ideas. This kind of research situation and his actual contribution is very unbecoming. So it is very necessary to study Ma＇s opinion, probe into his academic origin and distinguish the value of his theory definitely.
