摘 要:以无水三氯化铝和四氯化钛为前驱体,以无水醇为氧供体通过非水解溶胶-凝胶法制备钛酸铝凝胶。应用TG-DTA、XRD和FT-IR等测试手段研究了凝胶热处理过程中的相变化以及非水解溶胶-凝胶的反应过程。结果表明:无水乙醇和无水异丙醇作氧供体制备的凝胶可在750℃直接合成钛酸铝,并且用无水乙醇作氧供体合成钛酸铝的效果优于无水异丙醇。反应过程中形成了大量的异质聚合产物Al-O-Ti,表明钛酸铝凝胶转化过程中发生了非水解反应,这也是低温合成钛酸铝的关键所在。Aluminum titanate gel is prepared by nonhydrolytic sol-gel route using titanium tetrachloride and anhydrous aluminum trichloride as precursors and anhydrous alcohol as an oxygen donor. The phase transformation of xerogels during heat treatment and the process of nonhydrolytic sol-gel reaction are studied by TG-DTA, XRD and FT-IR. The results show that the xerogels prepared by using anhydrous ethanol or anhydrous isopropanol as oxygen donor can directly crystallize into Al2TiO5 at 750℃, and that using anhydrous ethanol as oxygen donor is more effective for synthesizing Al2 TiO5 than using anhydrous isopropanol. Meanwhile, the FT-IR spectrometry gives the information on the formation of a large number of heterocondensation bonds Al-O-Ti during sol-gel reaction process, which indicates that nonhydrolytic sol-gel reaction occurs in this process, and that these heterocondensation bonds play the key role in the low temperature synthesis of Al2 TiO5.
