摘　　要：基于光电测速原理，利用半导体激光器。设计了一种新型的汽车速度与加速度在线测量装置，其测量精度优于0．5％，测量车辆速度范围（反应速度）：20-120km／h。且造价低，寿命长。文中详细分析了其设计原理、测量精度及实现方法。Base on the principle of Opto - electrunic testing velocity, with semiconductor lasers, we have designed a new kind of device be used velocity and acceleration of automobiles online. Its accuracy is over 0.5% and the testing range （ the reaction speed） is 20 - 120km/h. And its cost is and the lifetime is long. It has been analysed detailedly for its designing principle, testing accuracy and the designing method.
