摘 要:采用液相沉积法制备石英砂负载纳米TiO2薄膜,将该膜作为光催化剂降解实际制革废水。通过平行实验确定了最佳反应条件为光照时间15 min,废水初始pH=6.7,H2O2投加量为0.5%。在此条件下,进行了模拟实验,结果表明光照30 min时CODcr去除率即达到71.91%。此外,制备了Ag+/TiO2改性薄膜,该膜对制革废水的光降解效果有一定的提高。Nanometer-sized TiO2 thin films were prepared by liquld phase deposition processing, Photocatalytic degradation of tannery wastewater has been studied by using the Ti O2 films as photocatalyst. In the parallel experiment, the bestcondition is that the fimeof light-catalysed is 15min,initial pH is 6.7 and the volume of H2O2 is 0.5%. Then, we carried on the simulation experiment under this condition and found that the removal rate of CODcτ, reached 71.91% after 30mins of irradiation. Besides, the effect of degradation of tannery wastewater improved by using the Ag^+/TiO2 thin films.
