热式质量流量计特性曲线及其拟合方法的研究

摘　　要：讨论了热式质量流量计的特性曲线，着重对其ＵｂＶ（电桥电压流速）特性曲线和ＩＵｂ（输出电流电桥电压）特性曲线的函数形式及其拟合方法进行了研究。提出了ＵｂＶ特性曲线的一般描述方程，并运用以正交多项式为基的最小二乘法成功地进行了高次曲线的精确拟合。In this paper,the characteristics of thermal mass flow meters and their curve fitting are discussed with focused on the Ub V(Bridge Voltage Velocity)and the precise curve fitting of high order curve using least squares algorithm based on orthogonal polynomials. Developing of Pretreatment Unit of On Line Mass Spectrograph Wang Dezhou (Lunan Chemiceal Fertilizer Plant,Tengzhou,Shandong,277527) The requirement of on line mass spectrograph for sample gas is given out.The shortcomings of original pretreatment unit are analyzed.It is satisfied for the requirement of production technics after three developed measures were put into effect.
