摘 要:为了提高输电线路的输送容量,在理论分析、试验研究和对现场进行可行性分析后,提出了采用动态监测技术提高输电线路的输送容量。主要内容有:在影响输电线路输送容量的瓶颈点设置监测装置,监测导线温度、环境温度和日照强度;从调度的实时数据系统监测线路和相关输电断面的电流;设计数学模型,将监测数据转换成增容运行数据,为调度人员进行安全的增容运行。研制开发的增容系统已在多条500/220kV线路上运行,验证了该技术的关键问题。For improving the transmitting capacity of transmission line, the method of applying dynamic monitoring technology was presented 'after theoretical analysis, test and research in lab, and feasibility study based on field conditions. The method can help to improve the transmitting capacity, its main content includes: monitoring equipments which can monitor the conductor temperature, surrounding temperature, sunshine intensity settled on transmission lines' bottleneck points which have influence on transmitting capacity; the real-time current of transmission lines and their sections monitored by the real-time data system of operation center; the mathematic model which can transfer monitoring data into operation data and can be used by the operator for safe improving capacity operation. The transmission lines real-time transmitting rating management system has applied on several 500 kV and 220 kV transmission lines, the key part of the dynamic improving transmitting capacity technology is validated.
