摘 要:作为传统检测手段的有益补充,声学技术对电厂设备状态监测与控制有重要意义。在长期电厂设备声学检测研究的基础上,介绍了用于电厂设备状态监测的几种新颖的声学检测技术:电厂锅炉炉内温度场、动力场、炉管泄漏声学在线监测,声波除灰和声波助燃技术;声发射技术在电厂大型旋转机械故障诊断、压力容器及管道检测中的应用;两相流动介质中流量、浓度、粒径的声学测量;电厂设备中松动部件声学监测等。阐述了各项技术的原理、优势及研究现状,并指出其今后的主要研究方向和内容,对声学技术应用于电厂设备状态监测具有指导意义。As a useful supplement to the traditional detection tools, acoustic technology is of great significance in condition monitoring and control for power plant equipment. Based on a long period study on acoustic detection of power plant equipment, several novel acoustic technologies were introduced, They are the online aeoustie monitoring based on temperature field, aerodynamic field, tube leakage, soot cleaning, and assisted combustion; the applleation of acoustic emission technology in faults diagnosis of large-seale rotary- machine, detection of pressure vessels and tubes; the aeoustle measurement of flux, concentration and particle diameter in two-phase flow media; the loose parts monitoring system (LPMS) by acoustic monitoring. The mechanism, predominance and research status of the technologies were presented, and the study direction and content in future were pointed out, taking great instructive significance for the application of acoustic technology in power plant equipment monitoring and control.
