摘　　要：为了顺利开发一个梭口中引入两根纬纱形成的横条织物,对产品的技术规格与性能特点进行了分析,并优选原料,优化配置织部工艺。整经工序要合理配置张力盘,浆纱工序要轻张力、小伸长、重加压、高增强、匀卷绕,织造工序要大张力、早开口、强打纬,并加强挡车工和上轴工的培训,从而使定长成包率达到90%。To produce strip fabric which two wefts in one shed, technology specification and property speciality of products were analyzed, raw materials were optimized, and weaving processing were optimized too. Tension disk should be arranged in warping process reasonably, smaller tension, smaller elongation, heavier weight, higher strength, better winding should be adopted in sizing process. Bigger tension, earlier opening, heavy beating should be adopted in weaving process, with the training of operators, and bales containing constant length can reach 90%.
