摘 要:以过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)为引发剂,在转矩流变仪中制备了PS-g-AA接技物。研究了单体用量、引发剂用量、螺杆转速和反应温度对接枝率的影响。结果表明:接枝率随着单体用量的增加而升高,随着引发剂用量和螺杆转速的增加先升高后降低,随着反应温度的升高而降低。将PS-g-AA接枝物用于木塑复合材料体系,可以有效地改善复合材料的性能。The grafter, PS-g-AA, was prepared in torque rheometer with DCP as initiator. It studied influencing effects of the content of monomer, the content of DCP, the screw rotating velocity and the reaction temperature on graft ratio. The results showed that the grafting degree increases with the increase of monomer amount and increased at the first stage and then decreases with the increase of DCP amount and screw rotating velocity, while it decreases with the increase of the reaction temperature. The mechanical properties of the wood plastic composites were improved significantly by adding PS-g-AA.
