摘 要:在CaO-Al2O3-SiO2(CAS)系统微晶玻璃中引入稀土氧化物Y2O3,结合XRD、SEM等测试手段,研究了Y2O3的引入对微晶玻璃烧结过程、微观结构以及性能的影响。实验结果表明:随着Y2O3的引入,微晶玻璃烧结温度降低,烧结时间变短。当Y2O3质量分数为3.25%时,CAS微晶玻璃具有最佳的制备工艺和最好的力学性能。:The crystallization behavior and mechanical properties of CaO-Al2O3-SiO2 (CAS) system glassceramics doped with Y2O were investigated. Results show that the optimal sintering temperatures (Tp) of all heat -treated glasses doped with Y2O3 were altered and the crystallization was accelerated. Only wollastonite as a main crystalline phase was precipitated. The results also suggested that the CAS glass - ceramics with addition in mass fraction of Y203 by 3.25% would get the lowest sintering temperature and the optimal microstructure. The bending strength value due to the oriented and interlocked wollastonite crystals, which cause to limit the further development of the flaw and increase the surface energy would reach the maximum cracks that divert or blunt of fracture.
