摘　　要：目的探讨AF三维椎弓根螺钉系统治疗无脊髓神经损伤的胸腰椎爆裂骨折的技术特点和疗效。方法1997年9月—2004年5月,应用AF三维椎弓根螺钉系统治疗无脊髓神经损伤的胸腰椎爆裂骨折46例,随访12-60个月,平均32个月。结果伤椎高度由43.2%恢复到正常的95.3%,后突畸形由术前的27.8°下降到3.5°,椎管矢状径由术前的43.5%恢复至93.5%,无迟发性神经功能损害。结论该手术方法减压彻底,椎体复位好,术中不需植骨,无迟发性神经损伤,是治疗无脊髓神经损伤的胸腰椎爆裂骨折的有效方法。Objective To explore the main points and clinical effect of the technique of AF system for thoracolumbar vertebral burst fracture. Methods By means of the AF system internal fixation, 46 cases were treated. 46 cases were followed up for one year to 5 years with an average of 32 months. Results After operation, the height of the wounded vertebrae was restored to 95.3%, Cobb＇s angle was corrected to 3.5°, the sagittal diameter of the thoracoumbar spine canal was restored to 93.5%, the neuro-function of 46 cases was normal. Conclusions The method of surgery has the advantages of a good mean for thoracolumbar vertebral burst fracture, more thorough decompression, sound reduction of the vertebrae and no-grafting bone. It＇s an effective method for the treatment of thoracolumbar vertebrae burst fracture.
