摘　　要：归纳了国内外不同学者对会展的内涵、外延所作的界定,分析了会展理论的几种观点。会展包括会议、展览与节事活动的观点,在会展理论与实践中,节事活动应该加强。The thesis induces some definitions to Connotation ＆Denotation of ＂CE＂ which the scholars both at home and abroad give, and analyses several viewpoints of ＂CE＂ Theory.The author agrees the viewpoint that ＂CE＂ is composed of convention, exhibition and festival and special event.The author argues that festival and special event should be strengthened in the theory and practice of ＂CE＂.
