摘 要:研究和检测用氢氧化钠分解锆英砂制备ZrO2工艺过程的放射性的走向分布。结果表明,在工业ZrO2的生产工艺中,U和Th主要富集于废酸和ZrOCl2的母液中,也分散于硅渣和水洗液中;两者放射性超标,经转化和处理之后达到排放和堆放要求,并可利用做建筑材料;废酸和母液可以通过TBP萃取分离和回收U和Th,具有工业和经济价值;处理工艺是可行和有效的;废液经沉淀处理之后,沉渣和上清液都达到国家排放和堆放的标准。The distributing run of the radioactivity in the ZrO2 process prepared with NaOH decomposed zircon are investigated and examined. The results show that in the industry ZrO2 process, U and Th enrichment are mostly deposed into acid and ZrOCl2 mother liquor, and also are dispersed into silicon residue and bath lotion. It is not allowable to drain and stack for beth them due to the radioactivity exceed. They can be drained and stacked only after transformation and treatment, which can use as architecture materials. U and Th can be recovered from deposed acid and ZrOCl2 mother liquor by TBP extraction process which is feasible and effective. After precipitation treatment for waste liquor, the sank residue and clear liquor can achieve national standard for drain and stack.
