摘 要:用无机胶化法制备3Y-PSZ粉末,其D50在0.5~0.8μm之间,BET为3.1~3.3m2/g,粒度分布均匀、狭窄;用该粉末通过热压铸制备陶瓷件,研究其烧结体的部分力学性能。结果表明:在较低的温度下烧结粉末,其四方相只有82%左右;用此粉未烧结后得到陶瓷体的四方相含量大于96%;陶瓷体的烧结密度大于理论密度的98%,抗弯强度为667MPa,维氏硬度为1100MPa。热压铸成型与模压和等静压成型方法相比,烧结密度差异不明显,但强度、硬度和显微结构差异较大。热压铸陶瓷体内部有明显的气孔洞,结构不紧密,晶粒粗且晶界明显,而等静压陶瓷体晶粒联系紧密,均匀性好。3Y-PSZ powders that D50=0.5-0.8μm and BET=3.1~3.3 m^2/g were prepared by abio-gel method. The particle size distribution of powders was homogeneous and narrow. Ceramic body was made by Hot pressing (HP). Some mechanical properties of the sintering body were investigated. The results indicate that tetragonal phase of the powders sintered at lower temperature is about 82%. The content of tetragonal phase in the ceramic body made by HP is more than 96%. The relative density is up 98%. The bending strength of the sintered body is 667 MPa and the hardness 1 100 Hr. As compared with other forming process, difference of the sintering density is no evident, but the difference of strength, hardness and microstructure are greater. The microstructure on the surface and fracture appears coarse grain and pores, which is not good as that of sintered body by CP and CIP.
