摘　　要：目的探讨微创内镜下活体取肾术的可行性和优越性。方法对8例亲属活体供肾采取微创内镜下活体供肾切取,8例均采用经腹膜后腔进行左肾切取。供者均随访3￣12个月。结果供者术后恢复快,1个月后能恢复正常工作,随访过程未诉特殊不适。结论微创内镜下亲属供肾取肾术创伤小,术后恢复快。[Objectives] To investigate the feasibility and advantage of gasless laparoscopy-assisted live donor Nephectomy in renal transplantationin [Methods] 8 cases of living relate donor received retroperitoneal left-side Gasless laparoscopic nephectomy. The donors and recipients were followed postoperatively from 3 months to 1 year. [Results] The donors recovered rapidly and back to routine duties within 30 days . The urine volume and renal function of 6 recipients were normal without complication. [ Conclusion] Evaluation gasless laparoscopy-assisted live donor Nephectomy of shows that the operation is quick, the donors experience little pain, and recovery time is short. Allograft renal function recovered rapidly with a good prognosis.
