摘　　要：目的总结37例成人支气管异物患者的诊治经验,探讨支气管镜对支气管异物的诊治价值。方法回顾性分析该院近10年收治的成人支气管异物患者的临床资料。结果该组患者经支气管镜检查及时明确诊断,所有异物均通过支气管镜钳出,治愈率达100%。结论支气管镜对成人支气管异物的诊治有重要价值。[Objective] There was a summary on the practice of diagnoses and treatment of 37 adult patients with bronchus foreign matter, to evaluate the effects and value of Bronchoscope on bronchus foreign matter. [Method] The clinical cases of the patients treated in our hospital nearly 10 years were reviewed retrospectively. [Results] All the patients with bronchus foreign matter through examine by the bronchoscope and diagnosing definitely, bronchus foreign matter was clamped out one by one. The percent of cure was 100%. [Conclusions] There was the important value and effect of the diagnoses and treatment of bronchoscope on adult bronchus foreign matter.
