对构建和谐竞技体育环境的思考

摘　　要：构建社会主义和谐社会必须营造和谐的竞技体育环境。提出竞技体育环境的定义、影响竞技体育环境的因素,认为营造和谐竞技体育的人文环境—弘扬体育精神,完善体育体制,健全竞技体育法规,建立、健全竞技体育服务支撑体系是构建和谐竞技体育环境四个基本的方面。With the construction of socialistic harmonious society, harmonious athletics surroundings must be built. This article proposed the definition of athletics surroundings and the influence factors of it. The results show that building the humanities surroundings＇of harmonious athletics includes four aspects, that are bringing honor to the sports spirit, establishing sports system, perfecting athletics sports laws and regulations, establishing and perfecting the service support system of athletics.
