BPM红外光疗仪治疗慢性外阴营养不良84例

摘　　要：目的探索治疗慢性外阴营养不良的新方法。方法采用BPM红外光疗仪治疗，照射距离6～8cm，功率16～18cm。结果经2～3个疗程的治疗后，治愈率为20．23％，显效率为19.04％，有效率为59.52％，总有效率达98．8％。结论治疗效果与远红外光对病变组织表面及一定深度的热幅射、热固化及生物幅射共振效应，从而激发组织细胞活力，提高免疫力，改善外阴局部微循环，促进炎症吸收及组织康复有关。Objective To explore the new therapeutic method of chronic valuar dystrophies. Methods We treat the chronicvaluar dystrophies patients with 84 cases by BPM infared therapeutic equipment. Results The distance of irradiate was 6- 8cm, the pewer was 16-18 W. The result is the effective rate was 20.23 %. And the general curing rate was 98.8%. Conclusion It is suggested that this toothed is a rapid, simpleand cunngingrate method with low recure rate, high effection and no side effect. The high effection and cured rate might relate to infrared irradiation el - fect of abnormal tlssuse, the elfectof locul micro-cieulation, and the resonance effect of bioirradiation. It stimulates the cell＇s movement, enhances irnmunityrestores traumatized tissue.
