摘  要:通过“订单式培养”的实践体会,阐述了学校、企业、学生的“三赢”模式,以及实施过程中怎样处理好全人教育与岗位技能培养的关系、岗位技能培养与适应岗位群的关系、处理好学校、学生、企业三者之间的关系。讨论了“订单式培养”的企业的选择、教学组织和教师、学生质量考核与评价等问题。With the real practice of order - made education, the paper expounds the all-win mode on the three parts of colleges, students, and enterprises. Then it discusses the following: the relationship between all-round education and post-related quality training; the relationship between quality training and post adaptation; the relationship between colleges, students and enterprises. Finally the paper proposes such issues as enterprises' choice in the order-made education, teaching organization and the assessment of teachers and students.
