摘　　要：新疆旅游业真正成为区域经济的增长点,且具有持续发展能力,在资源开发过程中就必须遵循高起点、高水平的开发原则。在开发中引入创新理论,把旅游资源的开发与自主创新结合起来,不断更新和再生其旅游资源的吸引力,使旅游资源在旅游市场永葆青春活力和魅力。It must adhere to the high beginning, the high level principle in the resources development, Xinjiang tourism truly become the new point of growth of the region economy, and have the ability of sustainable development. The innovation theory is introduced in the development, the tourism resources development and the independent innovation be unified, it made the attraction of tourism resources to renew and regenerate continually, and causes the tourism resources to preserve the vigor and the charm in the tourism market.
