摘 要:采用非极性溶剂-表面活性剂-水三相体系进行苯胺的乳液聚合,比较了所得聚苯胺与溶液法合成聚苯胺在性能上的差异;通过X射线衍射分析,电镜分析等测试手段研究比较了两种聚苯胺的结构。结果表明,乳液法合成聚苯胺具有较高的特性粘度,溶解性,耐热性和结晶度;透射电镜观察发现其呈较规则的纤维状取向排列。The emulsion polymerization of aniline in three phase system of non polar solvent and surfactant and water was studied. The properties and structures of polyaniline synthesized both by emulsion and aqueous solution polymerization were evaluated. Polyaniline of emulsion polymerization displayed higher inherent viscosity, higher conductivity and solubility in some organic solvents. The X ray diffraction patterns showed that they were of higher degree of crystalline order, and fibril particles with an average size of about 1 mm in length and 0.1 μm in width could be observed through transmission electron microscopy(TEM). On the contrary, the morphological structures of polyaniline synthesized by aqueous solution were just a lot of particulates piled up together as sands under TEM.
