摘  要:针对中空纤维非对称复合膜高压条件下性能下降问题,应用Henis阻力模型和弹性力学理论得出涂层的破坏主要与支撑层的弹性模量有关。当支撑层弹性模量在一定范围内时,可使涂层相当应力小于许用应力。The performances of asymmetric composite hollow fiber membrane declining at the situation of high pressure result from the destory of coating layer, which has been concluded from the variations of permeability and selectivity and the stress analysis. Using Henis′ resistance model and elastic mechanics theory, it has been obtained that there is a range of the support layer elastic modulus so that the coating layer equivalent stress is less than its admissible stress and the performances of the membrane is stable. We also find a method and example on how to calculate every layer stress of the asymmetric composite hollow fiber membrane in this report.
