四氧化二氮致大鼠急性肺水肿时心钠素含量的变化

摘　　要：通过静式吸入中毒方法观察了四氧化二氮致大鼠急性肺水肿时心钠素（ＡＮＦ）含量的变化．结果表明，急性肺水肿时肺系数和血浆ＡＮＦ明显升高，肺内ＡＮＦ显著降低；在中毒后２４ｈ最为明显．ＡＮＦ和肺系数的变化表现出时间上的一致性．随着中毒浓度的增高。The content of atrial natriuretic factor (ANF) in the plasma and lung tissues of rats with acute pulmonary edema induced by N 2O 4 inhaled in static pattern was measured. The results showed that the lung coefficient and plasma ANF content increased obviously while the lung ANF content decreased remarkably; the maximal changes appeared at 24 h after exposure. The time course of the change of ANF content was in correspondence with that of lung coefficient. Furthermore, the higher the N 2O 4 concentration, the earlier the onset of the change and the later the recovery.
