女性外生殖器的淋巴流向

摘　　要：在30具足月胎儿和新生儿女性新鲜尸体上,使用间接淋巴管注射法,从外生殖器皮下分点注入30%普鲁士蓝氯仿溶液,研究了女性外生殖器淋巴管分布及其淋巴流向.结果显示:外生殖器皮下有一层密集的毛细淋巴管网.由毛细淋巴管网合成的淋巴管大部分经腹股沟淋巴结入盆腔,部分直接经闭膜管、腹股沟管或经坐骨直肠窝穿梨状肌下孔入盆腔,再经盆腔各级淋巴结注入乳糜池.通过研究,为临床外生殖器肿瘤切除的范围及淋巴结清扫术提供形态学依据.The distribution of the lymphatic vessels and the lymphatic drainage of female external geni-taiia were studied in 30 fetus and infant cadavers with indirect lymphatic injection method, injecting 30% prussian blue chloroform solution into the subcutaneous tissue from the external gcni-talia. The results showed that there was a dense lymphatic capillary network in the subecuta-neous tissue of the external genitalia. The majority of lymphatics entered the pelvic cavity via the inguinal lymph nodes, and the rest entered directly to the pelvic cavity through the obturator canal, the inguinal canal or passed through the ischiorectal fossa and the injerior foramen of the piriformis muscle and then eventually reached the chyle cistern through several lypmh nodes of the pelvic cavity. The study provides morphological data for the resection of pudendum and the lymph-denectomy suffering from the tumour of the external genicalia in female.
