人和大鼠胃窦粘膜内降钙素基因相关肽阳性结构和D细胞的形态联系

摘　　要：用免疫组化双重染色法在光镜下观察了人和大鼠胃窦粘膜层降钙素基因相关肽免疫反应阳性结构和D细胞间的形态联系.先用DAB为显色剂显示降钙素基因相关肽免疫反应.然后用TMB-钨酸钠法显示生长抑素免疫反应.结果发现人和大鼠胃窦粘膜中部分降钙素基因相关肽免疫反应阳性的内分泌细胞或阳性神经纤维与生长抑素免疫反应阳性细胞(D细胞)紧密相邻或接触.结果提示:存在于胃窦粘膜内分泌细胞成神经纤维中的降钙素基因相关肽可能通过旁分泌或神经内分泌途径调节D细胞生长抑素的释放.The morphological relationship between calcitonin gene-related peptide immunoreaction-posi-tive structures and D cells in the antral mucosa of men and rats were observed under light microscope by using double immunohistochemical staining. The calcitonin gene-related peptide im-munoreaction was first demonstrated by chromogen DAB. then the somatostatin immunoreaction was demonstrated by TMB-soldium tungstat method. The result showed that some of calcitonin gene-related peptide-positive endocrine cells or nerve fibres were closely neighboured or contactedwith somatostatin positvie cells(D cells) in the antral mucosa of men and rats. The result sug-gestes that calcitonin gene-related peptide positive endocrine cells or nerve fibres in the antral mucosa may regulate the release of somatostatin from D cells by means of paracrine or neuroen-docrine.
