摘　　要：作者自1992年11月应用自行研制的半梅花形钢板治疗四肢骨干骨折47例49处,随访2年8个月,取得了满意的疗效.该钢板厚度1.5mm,其板体全长中央空虚,截面三个半圆曲线呈半梅花形状,具有弹性,经力学测试抗弯抗扭性能比普通钢板强3倍.以钢板两侧块压于骨胳上,似“马钉”样持住骨折端,能有效地控制移位和旋转,而且钢板接触骨面少,改善了板下皮质骨血液循环,降低骨量丧失,减小应力遮挡作用及减轻板下皮质骨疏松程度.为临床提供一种新型半梅花形接骨板.Since November 1992. A Semi plum blossom shaped bone plate, which was designed and made by ourselves , has been used to treat as many as 47 cases with fresh or old long bone fracture of limbs, and satisfactory effect has been gained through followed - up period of two years and eight months. The above - mentioned bone plate, which is hollow in its full length is 1. 5mm thick, its cross section shaped like a semi plum blossom. A machenic test proves that it is three times stronger than the other ordinary bone plates in the bending and twisting strength, It is elastic. Its hollow side has the smaller elasticity than its solid side- When it is put to use, the bone plate is fixed on the bone with its two edges on the hollow side, like a saddle-shaped nail, pressing the skeleton and supporting the fracture ends,which can controll the bone's moving and revolving effectively. The blood circulation of the cortical bone under the plate improves greatly on account of the less touching on the bone, and such complications as asteoporosis, etc as well as the strees substitution is greatly reduced. Thus a new type of semi plum blossom shaped bone plate is supplied to the clinical practice.
