摘 要:以银杏雄株为材料,研究其光合与蒸腾特性。结果表明:银杏雄株的光补偿点为34.3μmol·(m^2·s)^(-1),光饱和点为1112.6μmol·(m^2·s)^(-1),银杏雄株的净光合速率与大气相对湿度和光量子通量密度(PFD)紧密相关,而蒸腾速率主要受PFD影响,银杏雄株的气孔阻力明显低于雌株,而净光合速率、蒸腾速率一直高于雌株。The photosynthetic and transpiration characteristic of ginkgo male plants were studied. Light saturation point and Light compensation point in ginkgo leaves of male plants were 1112.6μmol·(m^2·s)^-1 and 34.3μmol·(m^1·s)^-1 respectively. Net photosynthetic rate was closely correlated to relative humidity and photo flux density and transpiration rate was mainly affected by photo flux density in male plants. Stomatal resistance of leaves in male plants was less than that in female plants, while Net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate of leaves in male plants were higher than those in female plants.
