摘　　要：目的观察萘哌地尔衍生物(YM06)对家兔体外血小板聚集率的影响。方法采用体外血小板比浊法,利用不同的诱导剂,观察YM06对血小板聚集率的抑制作用。结果YM06对肾上腺素引起的血小板聚集有明显的抑制作用,高浓度对二磷酸腺苷所引起的血小板聚集也有抑制效应。结论YM06体外具有抑制血小板聚集的作用。Objective To observe the effect of naftopidil＇ramification-YM06 on the plstelet aggregation of rabbit.Methods Using trubidimetry to determine the inhibiting rafe of YM06 to platelets aggragation induced by adanosine diphosphate（ADP）and adrenaline Results YM06^-5 and 10^-4molL^-4 can significantly inhibit the platelet aggregation induced by adernaline,YM06^-4 can also inhibit the platelet aggregation in duced by ADP,Concloslons YM06 has inhibiting effect on the platelet aggregation.
